As the majority of you might know, Michael and I lived 8 (looooooooooooooong) years in New Jersey prior to moving to Hong Kong. Although life in the Garden State was most certainly green and easy - if it hadn't been for the proximity to New York City, one of the greatest cities in the world, we would have suffocated from boredom.
